5 out of 5 stars Who Would Have Thought an Instant Could Be Great   September 8, 2007

I love Greek and Turkish Coffee. The problem is that I do not love looking for my Ybrki and standing over the stove waiting while it boils-up twice. One slightly rounded teaspoon of this stuff in a demi-tasse or two if you prefer a standard size coffee cup, sugar to taste, fill with boiling water and voila - really authentic tasting Greek, or if you prefer Turkish, Coffee. Even a hint of "Crema" on the top of the brew. There are no Directions on the can in English so you may have to make adjustments to your liking. The receipes above work fine. You can also put the instant in a cocktail shaker with the same proportions of instant coffee, sugar and water, shake vigorously and pour out a frothy coffee shake over ice. Lagniappe: For calory watchers, sugar substitutes work as well as real sugar.

5 out of 5 stars TASTES AS IF I AM IN GREECE   January 24, 2007

MY BOYFRIEND RECENTLY RETURNED FROM GREECE. ASIDE FROM THE COUNTRY ITSELF, WHAT HE MISSED MOST WAS THE COFFEE. HE THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZING, LIKE HE HAS NEVER HAD BEFORE AND WE ARE UNABLE TO GET IT IN THE STATES. SO, I LOOKED ON LINE AND FOUND THIS SIGHT AND READ THE REVIEW FROM A WOMAN WHO SAID ALMOST WHAT HE HAD SAID TO ME AND TOOK A CHANCE AND BOUGHT THE CLASSIC COFFEE. WELL....HE LOVES IT!!!! SAYS IT IS THE SAME AND HE HAD SAID, IF NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES, "THIS IS SOOO GOOD, IT SMELLS SO GOOD" SO THANK-YOU ALSO TO THE WOMAN WHO CONVINCED ME TO TRY IT.

I fell in love with this amazing product while in the Greek Isles recently. I was heart broken to leave for many reasons, one being this wonderful coffee several times each day. After arriving home a friend I had spoken with about it suggested I look on [...] and I knew immediately it would be there. It took some looking but I bought two boxes and will order again when I get close to running out. Delicious product! Thanks...

5 out of 5 stars Great for greek 'frappe'   January 23, 2006

This is must for greek 'frappe' drinkers. Different than the regular instant Nescafe found in grocery stores. Add one heaping tspn of this instant coffee, two tspns. sugar, about two ounces water, and shake like a mad person in a shaker. Pour over tall glass of ice, add more water to the remnants in your shaker and pour the rest in your glass. You are now good to go. The greek version of this product is the only way to go for true Greek frappe.

5 out of 5 stars For Frappe addicts!   September 29, 2004

This is by far my favorite coffee, but only cause I am used to it and grew up with it. You cannot find it easily in US (at least not in CA). Add some ice and enjoy!
