Product Description

You can really taste the difference in this collection of cheeses. Manouri is a sheep's milk"cream cheese" made by adding sheep's milk cream to the whey from the feta production. Pairs well with glazed figs(not included). Authentic Barrel-Aged Feta is a perfect blend of sheep and goat's milk for a rich, incomparable Feta. Kefalotyri is a traditional unpasteurized sheep's milk cheese produced in various regions of Greece since Byzantine times. A hard cheese, Kefalotyri is the first cheese to be produced at the start of each new milking season, ensuring that its milk is taken just after the lambs are weaned. This assortment contains three 10.5-lb. cheeses in an attractive gift box. Let the cheese come to room temperature before serving.
