I do lot's of cooking from Fuscia Dunlop's "Land of Plenty" Sichuan cooking cookbook. Sesame paste is an essential ingredient for many recipes, and I have found this Greek brand to be better for them than some of the Chinese brands I have tried. Very creamy, very fresh (subjectively anyway.)
